Headwaters Community Housing Trust

Headwaters Community Housing Trust is a Bozeman-based nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing and preserving the supply of homes that Bozeman residents can afford. Headwaters will sell 31 of Bridger View’s 62 homes.

Headwaters will ensure that these 31 homes priced below market rates—indistinguishable from the neighborhood’s other homes and located throughout the development—will be sold to individuals and families near the middle of Bozeman’s income range who cannot afford to purchase homes at current market prices.

ERA Landmark

ERA Landmark, respected for its knowledge of Bozeman and over four decades of work and charitable contribution and service in the community, will sell Bridger View’s 31 market-rate homes. Sales Associate Mark Meissner and Broker Tyler Garrison are proud to represent the Bridger View Neighborhood.

Partners

Bridger View Neighborhood is the final piece of a celebrated project. In 2012, the Trust for Public Land purchased close to 70 acres to create a flagship community park for Bozeman and an adjoining mixed-income neighborhood. Story Mill Community Park opened in 2019. Thousands of Bozeman residents fell instantly in love with its miles of trails, 40-acre wildlife sanctuary, community center and other amenities.

Conceived by the Trust for Public Land, advanced by the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC), and led today by the Headwaters Community Housing Trust, Bridger View reflects what great partnerships make possible.
