While it may appear that the neighborhood is taking shape slowly, crews in fact have finished all the site’s below-ground infrastructure and now have also completed the foundations for the first phase of home construction—25 foundations in all. So, more farmhouses and bungalows, both one-story and two-story, will be sprouting in coming weeks and crews will work on their exteriors and interiors throughout the winter.
