Entry Process Underway!

Headwaters Community Housing Trust is accepting online entry forms through June 22 for the eleven homes being offered at below-market prices in Bridger View’s first phase of construction. The opportunity for eleven income-eligible community members to purchase these homes will be established through a weighted drawing in late June. The one, two, and three-bedroom homes range in price from $260,000 to $420,000—approximately 50 percent of the anticipated listing prices of identical homes that will also be offered for purchase soon.
