While Bozeman’s hot, dry weather has been a little extreme for many of us, it’s been a boon for some things, including tomato plants and certainly residential construction. With no mud slowing excavation, Bridger View, the pioneering, mixed-income, environmentally friendly neighborhood, has installed infrastructure well ahead of schedule. Water and sewer lines are in place. Streets have been constructed.
Crews have begun pouring footings, foundation walls and the piers for decks and porches.
Now, as Bozeman residents enjoy Story Mill Community Park and the Path to the M, they will begin to see homes sprouting and taking shape, three at a time. Crews have begun pouring footings, foundation walls and the piers for decks and porches. The first three structures will be fully up in August. Nineteen more will rise behind them, through late fall, marking the first of three phases, with an eventual 62 homes at Bridger View.
