Headwaters Community Housing Trust is excited to announce it has launched a new website explaining how residents who meet eligibility criteria can enter a drawing for the opportunity to purchase a home in the Bridger View neighborhood at a below-market price. The neighborhood’s first phase of homes will be offered for purchase this summer—eleven will be sold at market rates by ERA Landmark Real Estate and eleven will be offered at below-market prices by Headwaters Community Housing Trust. At headwatershousing.org, homebuyers interested in below-market homes can review criteria to confirm if they are eligible, learn how they can get prepared to purchase, and verify how to enter the weighted drawing, which will be held June 1-22. Market-rate homes will become available in early June.
